Mr. Hancock has brought together the very best team to design, build and market The Charles. Hilton Head Properties Realty & Rentals, founded in 2012 is one of the island’s most respected real estate companies on Hilton Head Island and surrounding low country. Representing many new developments, in my 36 years on the island, Robert Bunting, Broker-In-Charge, stated we are excited to be representing “The Charles”, Mr. Hancock’s newest development. These 22 villas offer fabulous views, big living areas and a perfect lock & leave residence for islanders looking for a simpler way of life.

B Design LLC, an architecture and planning firm, was established in 2017 by Clint Burdett in Columbia South Carolina. Mr. Burdett’s over 30 year work experience has included the design and renovation of projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

At a previous firm Mr. Burdett was president of the Resort Design Team. Among the significant projects designed by Mr. Burdett are the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa and Yacht Harbor village in Palm Coast, Florida, The Pointe, Barefoot Yacht Club Village, Crescent Shores, South Shore Villas, Ashworth and Windy Hill Dunes in North Myrtle Beach as well as projects at Litchfield by the Sea. Many of these projects are full-service facilities with in-house welcome and registration centers, pool amenity centers, fitness centers, multilevel parking decks and recreation facilities.

Over the years Mr. Burdett has worked with Hancock Development designing the Hamilton at Litchfield by the Sea and the Avalon in Hilton Head, South Carolina and St. Simons Grand in St. Simons Island Georgia.

Fraser Construction was founded on Hilton Head Island, SC in 1978 by Joe Harden as Joe Harden Builder, Inc. Later, in 1989, Harden Clubhouse Builders, Inc. was formed to specialize in clubhouse and resort amenity construction. Joe Fraser III rejoined the organization in 1995 as President having previously worked for the company as project manager and vice president from 1979 to 1985.

Mr. Fraser purchased Harden Clubhouse Builders from Mr. Harden in 1996 and changed the name to Harden Fraser Construction, Inc. Later the company name was changed to Fraser Construction, Inc. Finally, Fraser Construction Company, LLC was formed in April 2005 to be the operating entity for the organization. Joe Fraser and Jay Fraser own 100% of the company.

Proudly located in Bluffton, SC, Fraser Construction has a staff of 34 full-time employees with average employee tenure at 16 years. This provides a working synergy that few firms can emulate. We continually encourage our employees to maintain and update their knowledge and skills through training workshops and seminars.

We have completed work throughout the Southeast for a variety of clients. We have plans to grow with the industry over the next 10 years.
